Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Łukasz Somniak, conducting business under the name Mandala Łukasz Somniak, ul. 11 Listopada 62/1, 03-445 Warsaw, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 1132473121. Contact for data protection matters: lukasz.somniak@gmail.com.

What data we process and why

• Chat with the Mandala AI assistant. The content of the messages you type is processed so that the assistant can respond (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest: responding to your inquiry). During the conversation, its content is stored temporarily on the server (for up to 24 hours) so that Łukasz can join the conversation and reply personally if needed. We store the conversation permanently only if you ask for your contact details to be passed on to Łukasz.
• Passing on your contact details. If you give your consent in the chat, we store the name, contact details, company name and topic you provide, together with the most recent messages from the conversation, so that Łukasz can get in touch with you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this data for up to 12 months, or for a shorter period if you ask us to delete it.
• Booking a meeting. The calendar at LetsTalk.Mandala.sh runs as a separate service with its own privacy policy.

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. Your chat history is kept only in your browser (sessionStorage) and is cleared when you close the tab.

Who we share data with

• OVH (website hosting),
• Railway (server running the chat),
• Anthropic (the AI model that generates the assistant's responses).

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Data transfers take place on the basis of mechanisms provided for in the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses). The notification about a new contact sent to Łukasz does not contain your personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (President of UODO). For any of these matters, write to lukasz.somniak@gmail.com.

AI assistant

Mandala AI is an artificial intelligence system, not a human. When Łukasz joins the conversation, the chat window clearly indicates this and his messages are marked as written by a human. The assistant responds based on prepared information about the consultations and Mandala, may make mistakes, and does not make binding offers or commitments. Please do not share sensitive data in the chat.
